Attorney Milad Farah Appointed to the Texas Trial Lawyers Association’s Board of Advocates

El Paso Personal Injury Attorney Milad Farah is now a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association’s Advocates Board. As a board member, Attorney Farah takes on a new level of responsibility and leadership within the organization.

Guerra & Farah, PLLC is proud to announce that one of its El Paso personal injury lawyers, Milad Farah, has recently been appointed to the Advocates Board of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association (TTLA) for the year of 2014. This appointment is a testament of Attorney Farah’s leadership qualities, which have been recognized by existing leaders within TTLA.

According to Texas Trial Lawyers Association’s website, the TTLA Advocates is a committee that provides networking opportunities for newer members of the association so that they can have a springboard for potentially getting involved leadership opportunities. Newer members are considered those who have been TTLA members for 10 years or less. For example, these might be opportunities available through important task forces or committees. This committee is headed by the Advocates Board, whose board members are elected by existing Advocates members at the Annual Meeting. Attorney Farah was one of the individuals who were appointed to the Advocates Board for the year of 2014.

Along with being a newly appointed Advocates board member for TTLA, Attorney Farah is also a member of other professional organizations. These include the El Paso Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the El Paso Young Lawyers Association, the Texas Young Lawyers Association and the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of New Mexico. He is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Texas and New Mexico, and he has personally settled hundreds of cases within these states.

Attorney Farah is a skilled litigator who works in many different practice areas. He is able to handle cases related to personal injury (including truck and auto accidents), first-party insurance matters, labor and employment disputes, collections disputes, defense litigation and more. Mr. Farah launched his law career by providing defense in commercial insurance litigation cases, which included personal injury and wrongful death cases. Now that he is a plaintiff’s attorney, Attorney Farah is now able to use this professional background to benefit his clients and give them a competitive edge in their cases.

With nearly 30 years of collective experience behind them, the attorneys at Guerra & Farah, PLLC are ready to help their clients work toward effective solutions for their legal challenges. The law firm accepts cases in the areas of criminal defense, personal injury law and employment law. Because of its size, the law firm is able to handle large case volumes while still being able to provide each client with the personalized attention he or she deserves.
