Karnes County Bus Crash injures 9
A bus carrying members of Banda El Recodo, a Mexican Band, crashed early Friday, August 31, 2012 in Karnes County injuring nine.
DPS officials said a Nissan Altima was traveling on Highway 123 near Cestohowa when it crossed the center line into the path of the Volvo bus. The bus veered to the right and rolled onto its side. Nine injured victims were taken by ambulance to Karnes City Hospital and five were transported to San Antonio with non-life-threatening injuries.
