The accident occurred at approximately 8:24 a.m. on Wednesday morning, September 3, 2014, on westbound I-20 near mile marker 495 between the Farm-to-Market (FM) 1641 and FM 148 exits. A white four-door sedan rear ended an 18-wheeler pulling a flatbed trailer.
