Craig Barker
Attorney

Craig was licensed to practice law in Texas in 1991. He attended college at Texas Tech University, where he received a BA in Political Science in 1979; he received his legal education at the University of Texas, graduating in 1990. He is a Councilman in the Entertainment & Sports Law Section, State Bar of Texas, and he is on the Advisory Board of the Center for Texas Music History. He is also a former 2–term Governor on the Texas Board of Governors for the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences and a former Adjunct Professor of Music Law at Austin Community College. Craig is involved in all aspects of case management at the firm. He is experienced in handling discovery, depositions, research, and trial preparation.

Irma Prado
Paralegal

Irma has fifteen years experience in the legal field working primarily on personal injury and medical malpractice cases. She has a paralegal certificate from the University of Texas and is finalizing a business degree from St. Edward’s University. She is efficient and knowledgeable in all aspects of personal injury and medical malpractice claims. She can answer questions and assist with whatever problems may arise during the claims and trial process. She enjoys her work in the field of personal injury and medical malpractice primarily because she gets great satisfaction from helping people through the legal process after they have been wronged by a doctor, hospital or corporation.

Kelley Colley
Assistant Kelley is currently a senior at Texas State University at San Marcos, Texas. She has been employed with the office for 2 years, and performs many functions. She is involved in the collection of records for review by experts, client contact, organization of files, trial preparation and helps with the bookkeeping. Kelley is scheduled to graduate from college in August of 2005 with a degree in Applied Sociology, and plans on attending graduate school at that time.
